GSA Fellowship
The Global Sepsis Alliance is dedicated to maintaining a multidisciplinary and collaborative team approach within the organization, for the advancement of its vision: A World Free of Sepsis.
The mission of the GSA Fellowship is to develop the next generation of GSA leaders, who will help drive the global sepsis agenda, by influencing policy, research, education, and advocacy.
The goals of the GSA Fellowship are:
To broaden the multidisciplinary & multi-regional involvement within GSA
To engage Fellows in existing programs & initiatives within GSA and among its Regional Sepsis Alliances (RSAs)
To create learning opportunities for Fellows with sepsis experts from around the globe
To nurture the potential for regional, national, and international impact by Fellows
Fellowship Details
Applications to the GSA Fellowship will resume in 2026
Fellowship Member Benefits
Access to leading sepsis researchers/clinicians from around the world
Gain insights into the workings of an important global player such as the GSA
Share input regarding sepsis initiatives within GSA & RSAs
Work on GSA and/or RSA projects/programs
Can become a Representative for one of the multi-disciplinary sections of the Fellowship
Certificate of Fellowship completion at the end of 2-year term
Time Commitment
Fellows:
Biannual meetings via Zoom for all Fellows
Year 1: Fellows will choose an existing project or design a new project that aligns their specialization/interests to that of GSA’s strategic goals, with/without mentorship assistance from within GSA.
Year 2: Implement the chosen or designed project
Active involvement in communications and updates via SLACK messaging app.
